You can return any products if they have not been opened, and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued from FASTRAK within 30 days of the date of sale. Products must be returned on-premise at FASTRAK within 12 days after the RMA is issued. RMA's will be issued or refused within 24 hours. This return policy pertains to all products sold by FASTRAK Cider Press.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, all sales are final.

All Returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. Contact FASTRAK 541-741-2706 and request Return Material Authorization number.  Identify the reason for the return. Please email return shipment tracking information to Fastrakciderpress@gmail.com

Shipping Costs for Returned Products

If the return is because of a FASTRAK error or issue, of course we will pay for the return freight.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, use a prepaid frieght system, include a letter stating the reason for return, and include the RMA number on the shipping label.

If an authorized product return arrives with a freight balance due, we will pay the balance and deduct that amount from the refund issued for the product returned.
